MINUTES

Representative Considine, Chair of the Corrections Division, called the meeting to order at 8:01 A.M. on February 13th, 2019, in Room 10 of the State Office Building

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Zerwas moved that the minutes of January 16th, January 23rd, and February 6th be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Rep. Tabke provided an informational overview of HF 733.

Rep. Zerwas provided an informational overview of HF 339

Testifiers:
