MINUTES

Representative Mariani, Chair of the Public Safety and Criminal Justice Reform Finance and Policy Division, called the meeting to order at 11:03 A.M. on May 13th, 2019, in room 120 of the State Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Kunesh-Podein presented on HF 719.

Representative Dehn moved to amend HF 719 with the DE1 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Johnson moved to refer HF 719, as amended, to the Committee on Government Operations. THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL.

Representative Dehn moved to refer HF 719, as amended, to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting adjourned at 11:38 A.M.
