MINUTES

Representative Mariani, Chair of the Public Safety and Criminal Justice Reform Finance and Policy Division, called the meeting to order at 12:50 P.M. on March 14th, 2019, in room 120 of the State Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Moller moved to amend the meeting minutes to add “HF1421 was heard on an informational basis” for the March 13th, 2019 meeting. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 1236 (Lesch) Unmanned aerial vehicle (drone) use regulated by law enforcement agencies.

Representative Lesch presented HF1236.

Representative Moller moved HF2367 off the table and moved to re-refer it to the Judiciary and Civil Law Division. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
