MINUTES

Representative Jennifer Schultz, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:48 pm on Monday, March 11th, 2019 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF1099 (Halverson) - Day training and habilitation provider grants funding provided, and money appropriated.

Chair Schultz moved HF1099 before the committee.

Testifier:
• Tom Weaver, CEO, Achieve Services in Blaine

A quorum was present.

Chair Schutz moved that HF1099 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Long Term Care division report.

Representative Munson moved that the minutes from March 4th, 2019 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF168 (Schultz) - Disability waiver rate system modified.

Chair Schultz moved to adopt the A-2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Schultz moved HF168, as amended, before the committee.

• Kevin Goodno, Best Life Alliance and MOHR


Chair Schultz renewed her motion to lay HF 168, as amended, over for possible inclusion in the Long Term Care division report.









The meeting was adjourned at 2:16 pm.
