PROPERTY AND LOCAL TAX DIVISION COMMITTEE MEETING
MINUTES


Representative Loeffler, Chair of the Property and Local Tax Division Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:45 PM on February 4th, 2019, in Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present at 12:48 PM.

Representative Marquart moved that the minutes of January 14, 2019 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Her moved that the minutes of January 28, 2019 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Bernardy moved HF 458 be laid over for possible inclusion in the division report.

Chair Loeffler moved the A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
