MINUTES

Representative Paul Marquart, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:00 A.M. on, Thursday, March 7, 2019, in Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Marquart officially called the meeting to order at 8:02 A.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Carlson moved that the minutes of March 6, 2019 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 1829 (Schultz) Attribution of services performed for investment company funds receipts required to state where shareholders reside

Representative Schultz moved HF 1829 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Representative Shultz renewed her motion that HF 1829 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

HF 1822 (Loeffler) Taxation throwback sales rule applicable to income apportionment provided, and technical changes made

Representative Loeffler moved HF 1822 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Representative Loeffler moved the H1822A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Loeffler renewed her motion that HF 1822, as amended, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Representative Davids moved HF 870 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Representative Davids renewed his motion that HF 870 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
