MINUTES

Representative Paul Marquart, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:00 A.M. on, Wednesday, February 27, 2019, in Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Lislegard assumed the gavel at 8:01 A.M.

HF 540 (Marquart) Taxpayers allowed to make certain elections for state tax filing purposes

Representative Marquart presented HF 540.

Chair Marquart resumed the gavel at 8:06 A.M.

Chair Marquart officially called the meeting to order at 8:06 A.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Lislegard moved that the minutes of February 26, 2019 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Marquart moved HF 540 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Representative Marquart moved the H0540A2 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Marquart renewed his motion that HF 540, as amended, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
HF 1317 (Bierman) Solar energy systems purchase and installation temporary credit provided

Representative Davids moved HF 1317 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

HF 1083 (Petersburg) Clarifying exemption on nonprofit tickets or admissions

Representative Petersburg moved HF 1083 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Representative Petersburg presented HF 1083.

Representative Petersburg renewed his motion that HF 1083 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

HF 1156 (Tabke) Minnesota housing tax credit contribution fund established, tax credit for certain contributions provided, report required, and money appropriated

Representative Becker-Finn moved HF 1156 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Representative Becker-Finn moved the H1156A3 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
