MINUTES

Representative Paul Marquart, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:05 A.M. on, Wednesday, February 20, 2019, in Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Marquart officially called the meeting to order at 8:15 A.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Lislegard moved that the minutes of February 19, 2019 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 587 (Lien) Medical cannabis manufacturer state business tax subtraction allowed

Representative Lien moved that HF 587 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Representative Lien moved the H0587A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Lien renewed his motion that HF 587, as amended, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Representative Youakim moved that HF 1034 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Representative Youakim moved the H1034A2 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
