MINUTES

Representative Paul Marquart, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:00 A.M. on, Thursday, February 14, 2019, in Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Lislegard moved that the minutes of February 13, 2019 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 1032 (Klevorn) Blind and aged taxpayers additional standard deduction increased

Representative Becker-Finn moved that HF 1032 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Representative Becker-Finn moved the H1032A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Becker-Finn renewed her motion that HF 1032, as amended, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

HF 883 (Cantrell) Increasing the Social Security subtraction

Representative Lien moved that HF 883 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Representative Lien renewed his motion that HF 883 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

HF 885 (Wazlawik) Modifying the Social Security subtraction

Representative Becker-Finn moved that HF 885 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
Representative Becker-Finn moved the H0885DE1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Becker-Finn renewed her motion that HF 885, as amended, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

HF 56 (Jurgens) Allowing an unlimited Social Security subtraction

Representative Fabian moved that HF 56 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Representative Fabian moved the H0056A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Fabian renewed his motion that HF 56, as amended, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

HF 866 (Loeffler) Income subtraction from public pension plans provided

Representative Loeffler moved that HF 886 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
