Representative Paul Marquart, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:00 A.M. on, Wednesday, February 6, 2019, in Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Marquart officially called the meeting to order at 8:07 A.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Lesch moved that the minutes of February 5, 2019 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 335 (Poppe) Nonprofit conservation clubs exempted

Representative Lislegard moved that HF 335 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Representative Poppe presented HF 335.

Representative Lislegard renewed his motion that HF 335 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

HF 447 (Becker-Finn) Firefighting equipment exemption expanded

Representative Becker-Finn moved that HF 447 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Representative Becker-Finn renewed her motion that HF 447 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Representative Davids moved that HF 312 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Representative Gunther presented HF 312.

Representative Davids renewed his motion that HF 312 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

HF 435 (Olson) Duluth Central High School redevelopment construction materials exemption provided

Representative Schultz moved that HF 435 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Representative Olson presented the bill.
