HF 3348 (Her) Landlords prohibited from imposing fees, landlord entry restricted and improper entry fees amended, court administrator authorized to set conciliation court filing fees for recovery of possession actions
HF 3349 (Her) Residential Lease implied covenants amended, tenant remedies against landlords for repairs provided, and tenant request for emergency repairs from court allowed
HF 3451 (Hausman) Covenants of affordable housing deeds or instruments added to list of exemptions
