Fiscal Analysis Department: Committee Assignments

Fiscal Analysts report to the Chief Fiscal Analyst, but are assigned responsibility for various finance committees and divisions. Fiscal staff use spreadsheets to track spending decisions made at the Committee level, by the entire House, and during conference committee meetings. Money Matters are published to provide background on fiscal issues. Click on any of the links in the committee structure table to see which fiscal analyst is assigned to a given fiscal committee or division, a list of the agencies a committee or division controls, and spreadsheets or Money Matters available for each committee or division. (General information and disaster relief information is listed under the Ways and Means Committee.)
