Representative Ginny Klevorn, Chair of the State and Local Government Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:30 A.M. on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Huot moved to approve the minutes from April 5, 2024. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF3276 (Frazier); Ranked choice voting provided; jurisdictions authorized to adopt ranked choice voting for local offices; adoption, implementation, and use procedures
established; and use of electronic voting systems with reallocation feature allowed.

Chair Klevorn moved HF3276 be re-referred to the Ways and Means Committee.

Representative Frazier presented HF3276.

Representative Frazier moved the H3276A4 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
