Representative Michael Nelson, Chair of the Labor and Industry Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:04 PM on February 21, 2023 in Room 10 of the State Office Building. It was broadcast via House Public Information Services.

Representative Mekeland moved to approve the minutes from February 14, 2023. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 772 (Kraft); State Building Code; energy code for new commercial building adoption process modified.

Chair Nelson moved that HF 772 be re-referred to the Ways and Means Committee.

Chair Nelson moved to adopt the A6 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Nelson moved to adopt the A8 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Mekeland moved to adopt the A7 amendment.

Representative Schultz requested a roll call.

Chair Nelson moved that HF 908 be re-referred to the Human Services Finance Committee.

Chair Nelson moved to adopt the DE2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
