MINUTES

Representative Michael Nelson, Chair of the Labor and Industry Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:00 PM on February 9, 2023 in Room 10 of the State Office Building. It was broadcast via House Public Information Services.

Representative Mekeland moved to approve the minutes from February 7, 2023. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 1104 (Koegel)l; Employer retaliation provisions modified, and pregnancy accommodations modified.

Chair Nelson moved that HF 1104 be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Koegel presented HF 1104.

Chair Nelson moved that HF 284 be laid over for possible inclusion in a Labor and Industry Finance and Policy omnibus bill.

Representative Norris presented HF 284.
