LABOR AND INDUSTRY POLICY AND FINANCE COMMITTEE

Representative Michael Nelson, Chair of the Labor and Industry Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:00 PM on January 17, 2023 in Room 10 of the State Office Building. It was broadcast via House Public Information Services.

Representative McDonald moved to approve the minutes from January 12, 2023. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF19 (Olson); Earned sick and safe time provided, report required, rulemaking authorized, and money appropriated.

Chair Nelson moved that HF 19 be rereferred to the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Committee.

Chair Nelson moved the A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Olson presented HF 19, as amended.

Representative McDonald moved the A2 amendment.

Representative McDonald requested a roll call.

The clerk took the roll call on the A2 amendment.
