EDUCATION FINANCE COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Cheryl Youakim, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:31 AM on March 3, 2023, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistance noted the roll.

Representative Pryor moved that the minutes from March 2, 2023, with a correction, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 1360 (Clardy) Safe schools Revenue increased, state aid provided, revenue uses expanded to include cyber security measures, and money appropriated.

Vice Chair Clardy moved HF 1360 before the committee.

Vice Chair Clardy moved the A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
