HUMAN SERVICES POLICY COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Peter Fischer, Chair of the Committee on Human Services Policy, called the meeting to order at 1:00 PM on February 13, 2023, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Edelson moved to approve the minutes from February 8, 2023. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 100 (Stephenson) Omnibus cannabis bill.

Chair Fischer moved that HF 100 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Education Finance Committee.

Representative Stephenson presented HF100.

Representative Baker moved the H0100A50 amendment.

Representative Baker presented the H0100A50 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Fischer renewed the motion that HF100 as amended be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Education Finance Committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
