Representative Dave Pinto, Chair of the Children and Families Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:33 AM on January 12, 2023, in Room 200N of the State Office Building.

Representative Hudson moved that the minutes of January 5, 2022 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Hanson moved that the minutes of January 10, 2022 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Presenting:
• Aaron Sojourner, Senior Researcher, W.E. Upjohn Institute for Employment Research

HF 150 (Pinto) Child care stabilization base grants and early learning scholarships modified, money appropriated.

Chair Pinto moved that HF 150 be recommended for re-referral to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Chair Pinto presented HF 150.
