HF28 (Frazier); Right to vote restored to individuals convicted of a felony upon completion of any term of incarceration imposed and executed by a court for the offense.

HF110 (Kraft); Individuals at least 16 years of age permitted to preregister to vote.

Items may be added, removed, or taken up in any order at the Chair’s discretion

If you would like to testify or provide handouts to the committee please email simon.brown@house.mn.gov no later than 5pm the night before, and preferably 24 hours prior to the hearing.
